If you would like to work together, please fill out out a travel design form or group travel form to get started. We will review it within a few business days and, if our services are a good fit, we will reach out to set up a time for an initial phone consultation.

During the phone consultation, we review your survey responses and finalize any questions we have about your trip and travel style. We can also advise on destinations, sharing sample itineraries to help you decide. If you opt into the full itinerary & concierge services, we will send a contract and invoice following this call, along with the recap notes.

We get to work building your proposal, full of our recommendations for activities and accommodations you will love. Once you approve it, we securely gather the necessary information (credit card, passports, etc.) and start booking, keeping track of confirmations, deposit schedules, and important reminders.

2-3 weeks before your trip, we share a package of your confirmations or final itinerary, pre-departure checklist, travel tips, and more. At this time, we also re-confirm all details with suppliers to ensure you receive VIP status. Pack your bags and get ready for a journey where every detail has been thoughtfully curated—from seamless arrivals to unforgettable experiences waiting for you at your destination.
